This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 12.02.2016 passed in Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.248 of 2014 by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 10th, Siwan for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this application with a liberty to raise all the points at the appropriate stage of the trial.
