Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. Recovery of liquor is from a bamboo clump.

Submission is that the same is not of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sonbarsa Police Station Case No.176 of 2018, subject to the condition that both
