2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 743 of 2024 arising out of Riga P.S. Case No. 307 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 509, 354 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 11722 of 2024.

4. While rejecting the bail petition, it was observed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16400 of 2025(2) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after examination of victim or after three months from that day whichever may be earlier.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that victim has been examined as P.W.-4 on 18.02.2025.

6. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge IV cum Exclusive Special Judge (Rape & POCSO), Sitamarhhi in connection with S.Tr. No. 743 of 2024 arising out of Riga P.S. Case No. 307 of 2023, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
