Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Submission is that from the possession of the petitioner a pistol and live cartridge was allegedly recovered by the police. Petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the entire facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34939 of 2018 (2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 pending in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
