The claim of the petitioner is for consideration of his case against the unfilled posts out of 34540 of the Assistant Teachers Mr. Aparna Arun submits that the Commission has already invited objections and is considering the case of all eligible candidates in accordance with the guidelines of the Apex Court and if the petitioner has filed his objection in terms of the advertisement, the Commission will consider the claim of the petitioner objectively alongwith the other eligible candidates.
