2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2020 in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020 (G.R. No.37 of 2020) for the offences alleged under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 34.5 litres of country-made wine and 06 litres of foreign liquor from an Alto White car kept in a bag. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the said goods. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Be that as it may and having regard to the period of custody already suffered since 10.01.2020, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
