Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 252 of 2021 arising out of Gardanibag P.S. Case No. 85 of 2020 registered under Sections 302/120(B) of I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30716 of 2020. Further he submits that the fresh ground for grant of bail of the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be

No.16008 of 2022(6) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-XXIV, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 252 of 2021 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 85 of 2020.
