Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 180 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26953 of 2021(3) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Moreover the mater has been compromised between the parties. Learned counsel has brought on record the certified copy of the compromise petition filed before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya. Let it be kept on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 180 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
