The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2017 in connection with Kaira P.S. Case No.47 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 385, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits there is a case and counter case between the parties and that there was no repetition of firing. The injuries are said to be on both sides. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the injury purported to have been inflicted on

Case No.47 of 2017.
