The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 & 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding recovery of 7 kg of copper wire from a plastic bag, said to have been stolen by the petitioner herein and when the petitioner was interrogated by the police, after his arrest, he was found to be in drunken condition The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact, the tower company has implicated the petitioner when the petitioner had demanded wages. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. II, cum Special Judge, Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019.
