The petitioner has already been promoted in the class III post from class IV post but it has been stated that he has not

Patna High Court CWJC No.11978 of 2014(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 been given the promotion from the proper date. However, other similarly situated persons have been granted the benefit in the light of Resolution dated 09.06.2011.

Let the petitioner file a representation to the proper authority for consideration of promotion from the appropriate date which the petitioner is claiming. If he satisfies that similarly situated persons have been granted the same benefit, it goes without saying that he cannot be deprived for the same. Let the Authority decide the case of the petitioner and pass necessary orders.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
