The petitioner alongwith Dhuri Manjhi was found engaged in preparing country made wine. Further, apart from the other items (apparatus used for preparation of wine), 40 litres of Mahua wine was recovered. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition and is under custody since 1.1.2020.

Accordingly, the petitioner, Birendra Yadav, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in Atri P.S.Case No. 530/2019.
