Learned counsel for the petitioners produced a copy of notice in which the petitioners have been granted benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.PC in the Court. Let the same be accepted and kept on record.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.360 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M. VIII, Gaya.

As the police has given the benefit of Section 41(a) of the Cr.PC to the petitioners, therefore, there is no apprehension of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16333 of 2023(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 arrest.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. However, if the police has filed charge-sheet against the petitioners, the petitioners would be at liberty to take recourse of the law as may be advised to him or renew their prayer for bail. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) shikha/- U T
