From the First Information Report, it appears that the grand-son of the Informant, namely, Hrishikesh had gone to ATM to withdraw money but, he did not return to the house. Later on, it transpired that he has entered into marriage with the present petitioner and they are living peacefully. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also considering the present situation arising out of Covid-19 outbreak, let the petitioner, above named, be released
