The petitioner seeks bail in Rafiganj P.S. Case No.23 of 2020 registered under Sections 413, 414, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, after having received the information that some persons have assembled to sell and purchase the stolen vehicle, raided the place and apprehended Hareram Das, Mukesh Kumar @ Bhuletan @ Bullet and Javed Akhtar(the petitioner). The apprehended accused disclosed the name of other accused persons. From the place of occurrence, motorcycle and other vehicle were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the motorcycle. Hareram Das, who was also arrested on the spot has already been granted bail by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16457 of 2020(2) dt.03-06-2020 2/2 order passed in Cr. Misc. No.15401 of 2020.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that similarly situated accused person has already been granted bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No.23 of 2020.
