The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2017 in connection with Barachati P.S. Case No. 357 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 18,20,22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substance Act.

Considering the nature of allegations and the recovery made from the conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
