The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 171 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a), 38(i) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concerned with the alleged recovered articles. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.34562 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S.
