JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard Sri Dhaneshwar Prasad Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 16-07-2017 in Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 30(a)/34 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner on an allegation of carrying a bag containing 12 litres of country-made liquor was arrested, whereas, petitioner is having clean antecedent and this fact has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition.
Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner namely Ram Payare be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
