2. The petitioner has come before this Court for compliance of the order dated 27.2.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17686 of 2017 by which direction was given to the opposite party to examine the record on the payment of salary to the petitioner and take a decision within a time frame.

3. A show cause is on record with an order vide memo no. 1438 dated 2.4.2024 passed by the District

Patna High Court MJC No.730 of 2024(3) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 Programme Officer, Vaishali by which the claim of the petitioner has been negated.

4. In that background, the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the same.

5. Granting the said liberty, the MJC No. 730 of 2024 stands disposed of.
