2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 304B, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner is husband of the deceased.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that charge has been framed in the case. Petitioner is in custody since 22.5.2024. Co-accused, with similar allegation, has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 69539/2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15901 of 2025(4) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Additional Sessions Judge XIV, Sitamarhi in Sessions Trial No. 654/2024 (Punaura Police Station Case No. 107/2024).
