The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Uchakagaon P.S. Case no. 234 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 337, 338 and 295 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the procession of Mahaviri Akhara was going on peacefully and in course thereof petitioner and others pelted stones in order to disturb communal harmony. It is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Nobody

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Chandrabir Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 234 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
