JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No. 503 of 2017 registered under Sections 323,341,376,448,542 and 511/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioners along with other made an attempt to rape the prosecutrix and when Panchayati was to be held on this point, they also assaulted her. Submission is that prosecutrix is a married lady having three children and petitioners are brothers-in-law of the prosecutrix and they are Muslim family and there is dispute relating to property so, there is false implication. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
