The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No.238 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon a web copy of order dated 03.12.2021 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 25234 of 2021 by which similarly situated coaccused Pappu Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 03.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25234 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Case No.238 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
