The sole petitioner, who is one of the named accused, apprehending his arrest in connection with Jay Nagar P.S. Case no.37/2015 registered for the offence under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27

(3) of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. In the F.I.R. there is specific accusation against the petitioner. It is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
