2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 10 grams of smack has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-the Special Judge, NDPS Act, Araria/concerned Court below in connection with Kursakanta (Kuwari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 292 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Sikti Police Station, Araria on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
