Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No.48 of 2018 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that some miscreant robbed the informant, relieved him of Rs.85,000/-, while the informant resisted, the miscreant shot at him and the informant identified one of the miscreants.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of Monu Jha but there is neither any recovery nor put on TIP and charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner, it is further submitted that the petitioner has no
