2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) and 30 (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2022 .

3 . Prosecution case is that 710 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from the seized motorcycle .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized motorcycle . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17343 of 2025(2) dt.08-04-2025 2/2 petitioner has got 4 criminal antecedents of similar nature .

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery of illicit liquor and criminal antecedent, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
