Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that petitioners and others abused the informant by calling caste name, made assault with fists and slaps and dragged.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that at earlier point of time the petitioner No. 3 filed Case No. 21/22 of 2013 before Gram Kuchhari and the injury has been found superficial simple in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24462 of 2015 (2) dt.30-06-2015 2/2 has been submitted under Sections 323, 341, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 111 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
