2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 19 of 2019 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 366, 341, 376D, 34, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have committed rape upon the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 5.5.2022 and final form has been submitted by the police, exonerating the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Supaul in connection with Mahila P.S.
