====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2025 Heard Mr. Vikash Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Kumar Alok, learned SC-7 for the State.

Mr. Kumar Alok, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that the petitioners are employees of the erstwhile private Engineering College, namely, Indian College of Engineering, Motihari; Jagannath Mishra Institute of Technology (JMIT), Darbhanga and Magadh Engineering College, Gaya. The matter relating to their absorption was considered and their entitlement w.e.f. 09.12.1986 was subject matter in C.W.J.C. No. 5024 of 1999 (Navo Nath Jha & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.). The matter attained its finality vide order dated 19.11.2001 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 3043/2001. The present writ petition is also required to be considered in light of the said order.
3. In view of the fact that already order has been passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 5024 of 1999 (Navo Nath Jha & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), I find that the petitioners, if so advised, may file their representation before the Principal Secretary, Science and Technology Department,
Patna High Court CWJC No.6532 of 2020(5) dt.15-07-2025 3/3 Government of Bihar for redressal of their grievance in accordance with law.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
