Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-B) a/26/35 of the Arms Act. A loaded country made pistol was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is an accused in seven more criminal cases and all are registered with the same Police Station.

Considering the period already undergone and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35885 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Lutua Police Station Case No.15 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
