The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Siswan (Chainpur) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 406 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the marriage of informant, Bharti Devi, was performed in the year 2009 with Santosh Kumar Gupta. Thereafter, she was being tortured through various modes due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and she was removed from her matrimonial house.

No.33832 of 2018(2) dt.14-06-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 to 5 are father-in-law, mother-in-law, brotherin-law, Nanad and son of Nanad of the informant. In fact, some quarrel took place in between the informant and her husband, Santosh Kuamar Gupta, but whole family members including the petitioner have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) eacy with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-X, Siwan in connection with Siswan (Chainpur) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
