Amongst the other reliefs prayed, the principal relief prayed is for a direction to the Registrar, Cooperative Societies
Patna High Court CWJC No.6869 of 2016 (3) dt.22-04-2016 to dispose of Misc. Case No.11 of 2013 which is pending since 3 years.
This matter was earlier heard on 19.04.2016 and when the learned State Counsel was directed to find out the status of the matter as well as to ascertain the shortest possible time within which the Registrar intends to conclude the proceedings. The matter has thereafter been taken up today when the counsel for the parties admit that the matter was heard on 21.4.2016 and when orders were reserved.
Now that the orders are reserved in the case, this Court would expect an expeditious disposal of the matter by the Registrar.
