This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14685 of 2018 for extension of time.

It has been stated that petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail with a direction to surrender before the court below within three weeks, but he failed to do so due to illness of husband of petitioner no.5.

In such view of the matter, let the order dated 17.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14685 of 2018 be modified to the extent that period of surrender of petitioners before the court below is further extended by four weeks from today.
