The petitioner Taira Mandal has been arrested in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No.148 of 2016 for the offences under Sections- 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 2.9.2016.

Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the fact that certain arms have been seized from him, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing the bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) along with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
