The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023 registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of suspicion and dirty village politics. Further submission is that the alleged recovery has been made from the open place which is accessible to all. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
