The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 19.05.2017 in Minapur P.S. Case No.135/2017 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273,224 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A)/ 38/41/48 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 , has prayed for grant of bail primarily on the ground of parity. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that other two co-accused having similar accusation have already been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.37166 of 2017. Considering the fact that in the similar circumstances, other accused persons have been granted bail, there is no reason to further detain the petitioner. Let the petitioner, namely, Anil
