In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 244 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 447, 341, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the present case, an allegation has been made by the Informant that the accused persons including the present petitioners raided at the door of the Informant and resorted to indiscriminate firing.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per allegation the indiscriminate firing was made for half an

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36789 of 2018(2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 hour but, no one sustained any injury from the Informant side. Both the petitioners have got criminal antecedent. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.

If the petitioners surrender before the court below and pray for bail, the court below, without being prejudiced by this order, will take a decision in accordance with law. (Shivaji Pandey, J) rishi/- U T
