Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.09.2021. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that during pendency of the case charge has already been framed and five witnesses have already been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2020 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the period of custody and progress of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge IV, Supaul in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16907 of 2022(2) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 159 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 56 of 2021.
