Mr.Sc15- Ajeet Pratap Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-06-2019 On account of his implication in a criminal case, petitioner, who was working as Halqa Karamchari under Jalalpur Anchal in the district of Saran, was proceeded against and dismissed from service by order dated 04.03.2014 issued by the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. Writ petition has been fled challenging the said order.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner had adequate alternative remedy before the Commissioner. However, without availing of the said remedy, petitioner has directly rushed to this Court. It is submitted that in view of existence of adequate alternative remedy before the Commissioner, resort to writ proceedings is misconceived.
