However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to raise all dispute with regard to appointment of regular teachers and allowing the petitioner to continue as part time teacher until regular teachers are appointed by filing appropriate representation before the competent authority in this regard and the competent authority is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate order expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
