JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.R.P. (Mokama) PS case no. 32 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(a)(1-b), 26 of Arms Act. The case of the prosecution in brief is that when the police got secret information that a person along with illegal arms is standing on the western corner of platform no. 1 at Mokama railway station, the police apprehended him and a pistol along with magazine was recovered from the left side of his waist. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is languishing in jail since 13.06.2017 and barring one case, he has a clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct for release of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49927 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 immediately upon completion of six months from the date of arrest i.e. 13.06.2017 subject to such condition as may be imposed by the concerned trial court.

With these observations, this bail application is disposed of.
