The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 386, 387, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of demand of ransom is in the background of removal of encroachment on the footpath. The allegation is against Pinki Devi @ Pinki Kumari also, who is a local Ward Councilor. She has already been allowed anticipatory bail earlier by this Court, vide Annexure 4. Petitioner No.1 is husband of Pinki Devi @ Pinki Kumari and petitioner No.2 is a friend of petitioner No.1.

No. 15623 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Srikrishnapuri Police Station Case No.238 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
