Petitioner, already in custody since 24.3.2018, seeks bail in Rosera PS Case No. 92 of 2018, registered under Sections 420 and 379/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that on the pretext of providing job about one year before he had taken informant's passport, ATM card, mobile sim and misused the same.

Learned for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation that any money was withdrawn from the account, even the mobile sim number is not disclosed in the FIR, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.3.2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Bipin Bihari Thakur is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM I, Rosera in connection with Rosera PS Case No. 92 of 2018.
