2. Mr. Awadhesh Kumar, District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan and Mr. Raghwendra Pratap Singh, District Education Officer, Siwan and the petitioner Mrs. Sabita Kumari @ Sabita Devi are present in the Court.
3. The order dated 07.01.2025 has been complied.
Patna High Court CWJC No.6649 of 2020(8) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 Petitioner is happy with the conduct of the two officers, who are present in the Court with her acknowledgment that she has received her original testimonials, which she had submitted at the time of counselling.
4. The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan has also assured that he will look into the other grievances of the petitioner and will try to expeditiously redress the same in accordance with law.

Before parting with this order, this Court appreciates the manner in which Mr. Awadhesh Kumar, District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan and Mr. Raghwendra Pratap Singh, District Education Officer, Siwan have shown their concern to discharge their duty, and in token of appreciation, the concerned authority is directed to refer it in their Annual Confidential Report (A.C.R.) forthwith.
