The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.133 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is the mother of the deceased. During investigation, it has come that the deceased was killed in honour killing. The family of the petitioner had moved for appropriate investigation before the Human Rights Commission as well as the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2023.

Considering the fact that there is no material against the petitioner to connect her with the crime and also the

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, XIII, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Garkha P.S.
