JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and the informant.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the accused including the petitioner is to have tortured and assaulted the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

On behalf of the petitioner and the counsel for the informant, it has been submitted that they are agreed to reside together.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23381 of 2015 (3) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in Danapur P.S. Case No.460 of 2013 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
