Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 10/11.08.2014 at 10.30 P.M. the informant was invited by his co-villager Munna Singh and Pankaj Singh through mobile to enjoy Orchestra. When the informant reached near Anjan Pir, the accused persons assaulted him with danda. Co-accused Vishwanath and Mithun came there and assaulted the informant with lathi and danda, causing head injury, due to which he fell down, then the accused persons escaped from the scene. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of assault is omnibus and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18139 of 2016 (2) dt.27-04-2016 general. The injury of the informant has been found to be simple in nature.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 150 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Sri P.K. Chaudhary, J.M., Saran, Chapra.
