The present application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 25.11.2022 passed in Title Suit No. 179 of 2022 whereby and whereunder the learned court below has rejected the petitions dated 20.10.2022 and 15.11.2022 filed by the defendants 1st and 2nd set petitioners u/o VII, Rule-11(d) read

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.921 of 2022(3) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 with Order-XXII, Rule-3A of C.P.C. for rejection of the plaintiffs respondent's plaint being barred by law in T.S. No. 179/2022.

3. By the impugned order dated 25.11.2022 passed in Title Suit No. 179 of 2022 the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Saran, Chapra has rejected the applications dated 20.10.2022 and 15.11.2022 filed by the defendants 1st and 2nd set u/o VII, Rule-11(d) of C.P.C. for rejection of the plaint.

4. From the reading of the impugned order I see no reason to interfere and from reading of the plaint no case for rejection of the plaint is made out. The submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners is beyond the plaint which cannot be accepted by this Court.

5. Therefore, this application is dismissed.
