JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 The instant modification application has been filed for extending the time of surrender with regard to petitioner no. 4 namely, Pintu Vishwkarma @ Pintu Vishwakarma on the ground that he was at Surat to earn his livelihood being a labourer and there was communication gap, resulting he could not know about the order passed by this Court and, as such, a considerable time may be granted to surrender before the court below which is not being opposed by the learned APP.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23007 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 In the facts and circumstances stated above, one month further time is granted to petitioner no. 4 Pintu Vishwkarma @ Pintu Vishwakarma to surrender before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, then he shall be released as per order dated 21.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30573 of 2014.
